Our Guarantee
Quality Assurance
Our aim is to provide service excellence in the provision of affordable and high quality translations to our clients. Each translation is handled by a Project Manager who acts as the main contact for the customer whilst also coordinating the project with the respective translator and proofreader.
Translators and proofreaders are selected on the basis of their language skills and their areas of specialisation. The Project Manager assumes full responsibility for each project handled and ensures that the work is delivered to the highest quality and within specified deadlines.
MC Translate’s provision of official translations of civil documents, as may be required by public authorities and government bodies, enjoys the recognition of the Maltese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Confidentiality
MC Translate has established strict confidentiality systems which include measures to safeguard documents provided by customers. Employees and translators are bound not to disclose any information concerning clients. We are committed to safeguarding our clients’ confidential data and documents.
ISO 9001:2000 Certification
After several years of operating in the translation industry, MC Translate is now seeking ISO 9001 certification. Quality and customer satisfaction have always been at the forefront of our business objectives. We believe that the implementation of ISO processes will add value to our business. These are impacting directly on our operations and internal management systems, the overall process flow as well as on communication processes with our network of suppliers.
With the ISO philosophy ingrained into clearly defined processes and procedures, we are sure that stakeholder perceptions and trust will continue to be enhanced for the development of ever stronger relationships between our agency, our customers and our global network of translators. The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 9001 quality assurance standards are the most popular quality standard series in use today in over 90 countries around the world.
